Diana Davis Basta practices in the areas of Real Estate, Contracts and Litigation. Diana loves the practice of law. She decided to attend law school after her first child was born and never looked back. She has always been active in real estate and her extensive knowledge in that area of law comes from, in part her own personal experiences. Diana, along with her family, has acquired, structured, and managed the family’s residential and commercial real estate for years.
Diana is a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer. In addition to her Florida Bar License, Diana obtained a Real Estate License and a Community Association Management License. Diana is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Attorney’s Real Estate Councils of Florida. She is also a proud member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC, and a committee member of the Florida Bar’s Board Certification in Real Estate Law.
In 2017, Diana became a local magistrate and presides over traffic court hearings monthly. Diana is a member of both the Clearwater and Pasco County Bar Associations, and is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is admitted to practice in all of Florida’s Federal District Courts, including the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts. Additionally, Diana was sworn-in and duly admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States.
